The Rap Lab Reloaded 2.0 26.05.2020
So much new music being released these days and social media is on fire.
Big Dawg Blackowt should be dropping a fresh mix tape emalangeni while our Mzilikazi gladiator NguDonni is still terrorizing with his Ginde challenge bars, y'all best be preparing to selves for his 2020 project, I am not sure what's gonna drop first visuals or the audio.
It is refreshing to note that Rockie doub is not sitting on his shine, last week we heard right here on the lab a collab creation with Kuly Tangu and Lynden, we jus received another collabo with Lizzie taylor, Smashkid and others. Another cat doing things at the top and collaborating is yoz truly Fab G. Lookout for something fresh collab created with Killemol and Noluntu, am not sure if Rockie is jumping on that one but it wud b dope don't u think. Meanwhile Mlue Jay is killing it on Spotify and Soundcloud with over 20k streams and going strong with his latest single Shooter. Other cats on that new fire tip are
Calvin
ktox
Biko Maximus
Muse
Msizkay
Indigo saint
Fish Ndaramu
Smashkid
Trexc
Ganyaz
Cynosure
Luminous
And it turns out noluntu and cloud nine cats might b dropping their albums on the same day emalangeni, covid hasn't stopped anything out here in fact it seems to have educated most on how to use social media. Caught up with sugar Shayne he in the studio as well so is Fish working with Tnay. Last week we dropped the new muse and the new shoemaker
There is so much going on I can't even begin to express the excitement I am feeling towards the Kingsville uprising in terms of content and quality. For more information and submissions to the RapLab email laroqthorne@gmail.com or jus send a shout @ThorneLaroq

PROPOSED BATTLE
MUSE vs SUGAR SHAYNE
Artist of the week
T3rry Tempo is a hip hop and Afro pop artist born and raised in Bulawayo, started doing music at the age of 16, started doing it professionally in 2017..
Meet Terry
- My real name is Terrance K Sibanda
- I grew up in a suburb called Queens park, along airport road after North end
- Gema Griffith's is my industry crush, Amara brown could be my second pick. regardless of our age differences or anything... I still like those two most.
- don't take alcohol, I believe and i prefer more natural substances
- don't take drugs also other than paracetamol and brufen.
- my influences in music are Big Sean, Drake and j cole but my life influences and motivaters are Darren Hardy, owner of success magazines. Tony Robbins one of the best life coaches there is
- my ambitions are big and numerous, but one of them is to go globally and world wide with my career and be the first Africa billionaire musician. And I'll surely achieve this one. Come rain or come sunshine
- I don't really have a favourite locally but if I were to chose I'd go for Gemma and ex Q, n Asaph
- my five year plan is to first secure a name and position here in the country and and have a really good foundation, then I move out of the country to expand my reach, like to maybe Canada or USA, depends on my resources and bank lol but Canada is my ride or die, even if I'm not financially good enough, if the time comes, I will move.
T3rry tempo did his primary education at a boys bording school from the age of 8 until he was 13 when he then went to Founders High in 2013 for his Secondary education.
He then began writing and selling lyrics to fellow class mates who were interested in rap and he made he's lunch money from that process.
He then moved to South Africa in 2018 after performing on Feb 3rd at the Winky D gombwe invasion album launch as one of the opening acts along Travor phillip where they performed T3rry tempo's hard banger single which sparked the crowd like crazy..
After moving to SA he didn't get enough support from the environment he was settled in and he decided to return home and secure a strong foundation first then move out..
He's favourite car is a Mercedes Benz and he says one of his dreams is to buy shares in the Mercedes Benz industries and be part of the board.
He's future collaboration plans consist of Amara Brown, Ex Q, Gemma Griffith's, Yemi alade, M.I abaga, big Sean, j Cole, Joyner Lucas And a lot more he didn't mention.
He has worked with artists out of the country and he has more projects coming later in the year
Collaborations from countries like Zambia -Nigeria - Scott land - USA - Sierra Leone - India and South Africa, most of these projects are currently underway and have been scheduled for release later this year.
He doesn't have an album yet, just a few singles and a 6 track mix tape. He promises to bring more bangers for the year and he claims he just got started.
