Zim Hip-Hop Awards Nominees for 2019

The nominees of the 2019 Zim Hip Hop Awards were announced yesterday ahead of the awards ceremony in Harare on 13 December.

Ti Gonzi received nine nominations.
The Best Male category features King 98, Asaph, R Peels, Scrip Mula, Ti Gonzi, Brythreesixty and Crooger.

Calna, Kikky Badass, Natasha Muz, Phreshy, Lady Eef and Trae Young were nominated in the Best Female category.

The rest of the awards, apart from the People's Choice Award, will be adjudicated by a panel of judges.

“Zim Hip Hop Awards academy will be reintroducing the Lifetime Achievement Award, which will be announced soon,” the organisers said. "The Best Video category has two accolades for the artist and video director.”
