Mlue Jay and Malcom Mufunde drop new music with visuals

 

Mlue Jay released "Grateful," his first single of the year, featuring rapper Malcom Mufunde,

winner of the Zim Hip-Hop “Best Verse” Award. The song "Grateful" is an attempt to show

my appreciation to those who help and encourage me in my musical pursuits.

"Grateful is a song about appreciating the people who have supported me from the

beginning."

Mlue Jay felt it was appropriate to thank his supporters with a lovely song after taking home

two awards—best Hip-Hop musician at the 2023 Byo Arts Awards and best diaspora musician

at the Zim Hip-Hop Awards.

Although YeahWeLit Entertainment's studios handled the recording, mixing, and mastering of

Grateful, the song is produced by ET, a US-based producer. Sangel Mallo directed and Mlue
